Returns Procedure

Should you need to return product for any reason, please ensure that the complete product, including packaging and instructions are enclosed.

Please note you are responsible for the condition of returned product until it is delivered to us, therefore you should ensure that appropriate protective packaging is used. The returned items will be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
Soiled items will not be accepted and will incur a handling and return carriage charge. Please ensure that all returned product is accompanied with a note, clearly stating the following details:

  • Company name, address and postcode
  • Contact name and telephone number Invoice / delivery note details
  • The reason for return, including history of use and the nature of the problem
  • The name of your Olympia Triumph staff contact
  • If the product is being returned for consideration under a manufacturers guarantee / warranty or we have supplied the product to you in error please let us know and we will arrange collection from your address.

All goods for return should be notified to us in advance. However, returned products outside our terms and conditions will be subject to a handling charge.
